Elight Jewelry aims to provide quality products and a clear return process for customers. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 24 hours of purchase, provided they meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product is unused
  • The product is unworn
  • The product is undamaged
  • The product is in its original condition
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product is accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

Elight Jewelry reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving any refund, exchange, or replacement.

Refund Deductions

For approved returns within 24 hours, applicable bank charges, payment gateway charges, card transaction fees, or other transaction processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

The final refund amount will depend on the payment method used and any charges applied by the bank or payment provider.

Returns After 24 Hours

Return requests made after 24 hours from the time of purchase may be accepted only at the discretion of Elight Jewelry management.

If such a return is approved, a restocking, handling, or administrative deduction of up to 35% may apply.

Elight Jewelry reserves the right to reject return requests made after the eligible return period, especially if the product has been used, worn, damaged, altered, or is no longer in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect:

  • Customized jewelry
  • Resized items
  • Engraved items
  • Special-order products
  • Used or damaged products
  • Items without invoice or proof of purchase
  • Items with missing original packaging, tags, certificates, or accessories
  • Clearance or final-sale items where clearly mentioned

Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the confirmed order, the customer should contact Elight Jewelry as soon as possible after receiving the product.

The product may be reviewed by our team to confirm the issue. Depending on the case, Elight Jewelry may offer repair, replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with applicable Qatar consumer protection rules.

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, exposure to chemicals, wear and tear, or unauthorized repair will not be treated as a manufacturing defect.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer, or bank. Elight Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.

Exchange Option

In some cases, customers may be offered an exchange instead of a refund, depending on product availability, product condition, and approval by Elight Jewelry management.

Any price difference between the original product and the replacement product must be paid by the customer before the exchange is completed.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, customers should contact Elight Jewelry through our official website, WhatsApp, or customer service channels with the following details:

  • Customer name
  • Order number or invoice number
  • Product details
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos of the product, if required

Return requests will be reviewed, and approval will be confirmed before the product is accepted for return.

This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Qatar.

Any return, refund, exchange, product defect, or customer dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable Qatar consumer protection rules and Elight Jewelry’s approved store policies.
